Steve Hodges grew up in Merced, California where his family was in the flooring business. He grew up doing everything with respect to flooring: cleaning, installations, and sales.
Over the years, he worked for various companies on many different types of projects, including large commercial flooring accounts.
After moving to Tulare, California to be closer to family, Steve began looking for a flooring position. One of his colleagues, a flooring brand sales rep, recommended he contact Robinson’s Interiors. Steve stopped by the store and was soon hired and works out of both our Fresno and Hanford locations.
He takes pride in taking accurate measurements and digitizing floor plans. “Learning to go from hand-drawn diagrams to a digital process was a game-changer,” he says.
Steve most enjoys taking a home with worn and dated flooring and upgrading to a stylish, lower-maintenance product.
When not working, Steve enjoys fishing, snorkeling, and family occasions.
