Jeff Macedo grew up in Hanford playing every sport in grammar school and then football in high school. During his college years, when on summer vacation, he began working as an installer for Robinson's Interiors.
After he graduated with a B.S. in Ag Business, Jeff worked for a year in the ag industry. Then our founder, Mike Robinson, recruited him to come back and work for him as a manager and salesman. Jeff brought two of his CalPoly instructors to meet with Mike and they hit it off. Mike hired them for about five years to mentor the company through some rapid-growth years.
Over the years, Jeff has worn many hats and experienced numerous changes in the flooring industry. But some things never change. He says, “I always enjoy meeting people and helping them choose and design their flooring projects.”
Today, he especially enjoys helping the children and grandchildren of his first customers. “I have been here so long that I am now helping my customers’ children and grandchildren. It’s so nice they ask for me and trust me.
When not working, Jeff loves to coach youth sports. He also likes hunting, fishing, bike riding, and traveling. Last but not least, Jeff treasures spending time with family and friends.
