Jacob Robinson is the youngest son of Mike and Barbara Robinson, founders of Robinson’s Interiors.
Growing up around the family business, Jacob spent countless hours in the showroom, learning firsthand what it takes to run a successful operation. In 2015, he formally joined the company to help carry on and expand his father’s legacy.
Jacob attended St. Rose-McCarthy Catholic School, Hanford West High School, and graduated from California State University, Fresno with a degree in Business Administration, emphasizing Accounting and earning a certificate in Finance.
He began his career at an accounting firm, where he gained valuable insight into how other businesses manage profitability and long-term success.
Today, Jacob serves as Chief Executive Officer of Robinson’s Interiors. With over a decade of experience in the flooring industry, he’s developed broad expertise across product lines, installation standards, warranties, and compliance. “The flooring business is complex,” he says. “And as a small business owner, you wear a lot of hats — marketing, building maintenance, staffing, community outreach — it’s all part of the job.”
Jacob also works in sales and stays actively engaged with customers. “I especially enjoy seeing customers with big smiles on their faces after an install,” he shares.
Outside of work, Jacob is a husband and father of four. He values time with his family, including his eleven nieces and nephews, and remains deeply involved in his children’s school and the local community.
