Carpet One Floor & Home donates carpet samples used in photo shoots, conventions and home shows to local charitable organizations. Recently, after a TV shoot for the Innovia collection, Carpet One Floor & Home donated 40 square yards of carpet to the Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Kansas City, MO. The carpet left over from TV shoots is large and remains in great condition.
ReStore is dedicated to preventing the waste of quality building materials by reusing them in people’s homes. To do this, ReStore receives new and used material donations from individuals, vendors and contractors to sell back to the public at discounted prices. All profits from ReStore go directly toward its affiliate, Habitat for Humanity Kansas City. The money will support efforts to give low income families decent, affordable homes in their area.
